Turn great tenancies into trust signals.
Collect verified reviews from tenants you invited. No fake ratings, no public review bombing — just proof that you're a good landlord.
Why landlords use Good Landlords
Verified, single-use links
Every review comes from a tenant you personally invited. Once a link is used, it's spent for good — so ratings can't be gamed by strangers.
Stand out in search
Your public profile shows an aggregate score, a category breakdown and your best reviews, helping prospective tenants choose you.
Right of reply
Respond publicly to any review. Prospective tenants see both sides of the story, and you stay in control of your reputation.
Simple dashboard
Generate links, track pending and completed reviews, view category averages and download-friendly stats — all in one place.
Private labels
Add your own note to each link (e.g. 'Flat 2B') to keep invitations organised. Labels are never shown publicly.
Free to get started
Create a profile, generate links and collect reviews at no cost during our launch period. No card required.
How it works
Create your profile
Sign up with email, verify your account and add your display name, area and optional agency or company name.
Generate a link
Click 'Invite a tenant to review' to create a fresh, non-guessable, single-use link for one tenant.
Share it directly
Send the link by text, email or WhatsApp. Add a private label so you know which tenancy it's for.
Reply & improve
Once a review is live, you can reply publicly and use the category breakdown to spot what to improve.
Built to protect your reputation
We know that a review platform only works if landlords trust it too. That's why every submission is tied to a link you issued, and why you always get the chance to reply.
- One review per invite link — no duplicate ratings
- Automated profanity and abuse filtering
- Reviews can be flagged for moderation by either party
- Email verification required before generating links
- Public replies sit beneath the review they respond to
A note on reviewer anonymity
Because each link is generated for one specific tenant, you may sometimes be able to infer who wrote a review — especially if you only send one link at a time or use a private label like a tenant's name. This is an inherent trade-off of the single-use invite model.
We never publish the reviewer's name or contact details. If a tenant is uncomfortable with this possibility, they can simply choose not to submit a review.
